The TRX Suspension Trainer has many great uses but an often overlooked
benefit is its ability to offer wonderful dynamic warm up exercises.
Part 5 of this 9 part series will teach you the I fly with Hip Dip.
This exercise is a great way to “wake up” the posterior chain and work
on proper shoulder blade position. Stay tuned for more dynamic warm up
