The TRX Suspension Trainer has many great uses but an often overlooked
benefit is its ability to offer wonderful dynamic warm up exercises.
Part 9 of this 9 part series will teach you the TRX Lunge. This
exercise will challenge balance and present an opportunity to work on
single leg lunge movement. I hope you enjoyed the series, please shoot
